  Hidden message in current public watchtower

  the current public edition of the watchtower - 2018 issue 1 - is entirely on one theme - is the bible relevant today.

  about half of the magazine is on 3 articles on how the bible can be practical.

  they are "avoid problems" "resolve difficulties" and "cope successfully".

  will we be willing to leave unbelieving mates and unresponsive kids behind when given direction on what to do???

  what about grandkids who fall under their parents who are not witnesses???

  hi all.. it's being a while that i don't share in the forum.

  after moving to another country and finding a job, i asked my congregation in my country to send my publishing card here.

  once i did it, i stopped attending meetings.

  Foundations giving thousands of dollars to the WT. Documents from CitizenAudit.org

  there are a ton of foundations, corporations and groups giving money, thousands of dollars in contributions, to the wt according to citizenaudit.org documents.. here's one example from the edwin j. and patti curtze foundation:.

  i was at disney and when the song was on for a show it seemed to describe one leaving.

  here are lyrics and my thoughts in ().

  the snow glows white on the mountain tonightnot a footprint to be seen.a kingdom of isolation, (immediate isolation when entire social network cut off and shuns)and it looks like i'm the queen (only one alone)the wind is howling like this swirling storm insidecouldn't keep it in;heaven knows i've tried (start of waking up to break free of jw cult).

  Love this! You are not alone-- my family and I recently said the same thing about this song... it touches a cord- and you know, it does fit the fading out and finally coming out circumstances quite well!

  Will YOU Ever Leave The Watchtower Org.?

  there is usually a metamorphosis that takes place for a person to leave the jehovah's witness religion.

  most people do not just up and go simply because they realize this could not be the truth.

  it often takes time.. for those that go to meetings or engage in the ministry, will you forever continue doing these things, knowing that it is all bs?

  I think some personally stay on the inside to help those on the outside- and for that I am grateful... because I still have family in and I want to help them GET OUT!

  Kingdom Halls open to hurricane flood victims??

  there are other threads dealing with jws actions, or non-actions in response to the houston flooding.

  i started this thread to find out specifically if kingdom halls, or assembly halls are being used to help victims.

  not just other jws, but innocent victims of all walks: men, women, children & pets.
